On the bad days, lean into your tribe, your friends for support. Be there for each other. The wheel turns eventually. One of my favourite Zulu quotes comes from a song by Johnny Clegg called 3rd World Child:

A community is very essential on hive, I feel like it makes a whole of difference.
It is absolutely essential. Otherwise, you exist in a vacuum, ships passing in the night. It is so important to have a tribe who has your back; to feel loved and supported, especially when the going gets tough.
I feel like people don't understand this aspect, I never really understood it either, just happened to get one through engagement.
