This seems fair to me. Obviously you can't return everything to us, the delegators, as on a long run will affect the community and it's possible members who lose interest. I've took part with two articles and both had many hours of work to set them up which ended up with a low number at the end of the day which is very disappointing. The community do need a fresh boost to keep it's members interested and this change was more than needed on my opinion.
