This is the Hibiscus flower, perhaps belongs to the same family, but it only has one flower on a stem.Hi @sirenahippie, the one we have looks totally different. I've not seen these flowers. It has quite a lot on one stem. Looks like I won't be able to make this.
Here, in Venezuela, there are many of those flowers too, and yes, that flower is from the same family, but it doesn't work for this recipe. That flower can be used to make a tea that is relaxing and helps you fall asleep well. It is also used to feed land turtles.
