Make herbal drinks for daily consumption

Hello HIVE friends in this community, today I will bring a warm herbal drink that also warms the body. It does not contain alcohol or soda which in the long term will damage our bodies. There are actually many types of herbal drinks in my country and it depends on the benefits we want to take when making this herbal drink.



In today's herbal drink recipe I will take advantage of reducing inflammation, because the ingredients I will use have anti-inflammatory compounds, then the most obvious and immediate thing that can be felt is that it helps digestion, especially when we drink it before bed and in the morning. it will feel very light.

The materials I need are

1. 2 lemongrass stalks

2. 1 thumb of ginger

3. Palm sugar to taste (the use of palm sugar is for flavoring so that this herbal drink is tastier so I only recommend using a little palm sugar in this recipe. I use less than 50 grams of palm sugar)

4. 2 Turmeric the size of a king finger

5. 500 ML water



How to make :


1. Clean the lemongrass down to the youngest stems and don't forget to wash it first after that, cut the lemongrass thinly

2. Then the next ingredient is turmeric, of which I just clean a little of the skin and then cut it thinly

3. After that, I took the ginger, peeled the skin thinly and cut the ginger into small pieces.

4. Then take a pan and pour water into it and add all the chopped ingredients

5. After that, cook over medium low heat until the water boils slightly and add the palm sugar which I previously sliced ​​thinly then turn off the heat.

6. Cover the pan and leave it until warm then strain.

7. This herbal drink can now be consumed.



Compared to tea or coffee, you can be sure that when you get used to drinking this herbal medicine, your body will feel warm and you won't get sick easily, especially for those of you who are very susceptible to flu.
