Another wonderful article shared in Dreemport @maryjacy 🙂 I can relate to a lot of what you have shared. I think taking control of my life was a big one. I discovered that I had some hormonal imbalances that were causing disruption to my sense of well-being and correcting that did me the world of good and brought the real me back into focus 😍 This had the positive knock-on effect too of taking me from reactive to responsive and allowed me to have far greater control over how I respond to my emotions instead of react through them. A very important differentiation. And finally, I think another big one is letting go of baggage... I have never been one to hold a grudge or dwell too much on past negativity. I mean I'm human, right, so I am affected, of course, but I realise that we have to pick our battles and sometimes we can accept that we will lose a battle in order to win the eventual war.

Nice contribution from you, when we keep on thinking about our limitations, it will keep drilling a hole within us, no matter how painful the past maybe, we don't have to hold on to it. The more we hold on to it try more we are weight down emotionally and physically.
It's not always an easy thing to let go, but it's important. We have to drop all those heavy loads if we want to move.
Letting go doesn't mean you're a loser, but it shows how strong you are to face whatever comes your way, this also applies to your contribution.
