Oh no, insomnia. You know, it is from adrenaline you had the previous day.
I experience insomnia when I am too excited about something the evening before, like having a concert or meeting some friends. Sometimes from concerns, but mainly from positive charge, I feel and live them so much!

I understand fully, those moments are more profound with me too.
My insomnia is all the time, at the moment, since the start of pre-menopause 4 years ago…(early…🙃) I try to find natural herbs to help, different diet, also for balancing hormones… but it is a work in progress to see what works for me.
pre-menopause , oh that's early I suppose.
yes, we have to go searching and trying out things that help our states... like I am doing with my migraines on a big scale, life long battle and searching for solutions.
have you tried cbd? I am experimenting right now with it, I sleep like a baby lol
Yep it is… it started when I was 39.
I just don’t want to put medicine/ chemicals in my body. So have to search for natural remedies.
Yes, I remember your migraines.
Have not tried cbd yet, maybe worth looking further into.
I am exhausted at the moment after a very exciting last week. So hope I can catch up a little this week, just by resting more (sleep won’t work lol) now Russell is back to work.
Just catching up now with replies and hope to post today a new post again… missed quite some days. But I had good reasons 😋😉 hahahaha
That is early!
Less medicine - better. Although we sometimes need them. Would be good to have natural medicine for everything, or at least have a more holistic approach to health and health-related issues. So to your pre-menopause too.
I am not sure if it would help you, but maybe indeed try to investigate does it have some effects on your case. At the moment I am very happy with cbd, but I started just a week ago, after having again a strong migraine episode and no pills helped. So I need also time to see if it works in long term for me.
you had perfect reasons indeed!! 😇
Yes, sometimes we need medication, but as long as I can try natural remedies and they help… for nothing mayor of course, I still would go and see a doc. It is worth researching.
Will for sure look closer into it. I hope it will help for you in the long run. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
😁😋
So far it works magic :D
Seriously, I am happy now with it, but let me not say anything, as usually, the biggest episodes come every two weeks or if I am lucky once a month ( not counting the small ones and regular headaches)
