Satan was once the greatest of God's angels. His pride and envy brought him down. He appears as an angel of light to fool humans. Many think evil is ugly, but if often appears beautiful to lure us in.
No, some of them are good and some can even be Muslims (as in submission to God's will) in their faith.
But we believe in Islam, that all Jinn who make deals with humans are bad. Just like it's haram (forbidden) to seek help from Jinn. It's haram for Jinn to give help to humans.
It's an interesting concept, just look up "Jinn in Islam" on Youtube... Some of the things you find might be a minority Muslim belief or misinformed, but I'm sure you'll find interesting things even if the info wasn't entirely correct.

Light Bringer is the meaning of the name Lucifer, which became associated with Satan. A light bringer itself is neutral. Technically, the Statue of Liberty-- known for its standing pose with a raised torch-- is a lucifer.
I actually didn't know that a Lucifer can be anything that brings light. I thought it's only used to refer to Satan, or something related to it, but looking at it from the view of "Knowledge and/or Freedom" it makes sense.
Actually Lucifer doesn't refer to Satan it refers to a lineage of the kings of Babylon.
Satan is referred to as an angel of light but in the sense that he pretends to shine light. His light brings a spiritual darkness not spiritual enlightenment.
It might be. Remember that the Bible was written in Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek not English.
Much of the wrong interpretations of the Bible come from bad translations done in the past. Unfortunately the King James Bible is one of the worst for stuff added that isn’t in original texts.
Jesus was against them. He called them wolves in sheep’s clothing. They aren’t Christians because they don’t actually teach Jesus’ teachings but they’re own traditions.
Take for example Christmas. Nowhere in the Bible does it mention the date of Jesus’ birthday. Seems odd if we’re supposed to celebrate it.
But the Bible only mentions two birthdays and both ended up with people being beheaded, one was Jesus’ cousin.
Not once does it imply we should celebrate birthdays let alone Jesus’ which never happened in December.
Once again, earthly traditions rather than heavenly wisdom is taught by most religions.
Yeah, heard about that... Some Muslims celebrate Christmas and/or New Years (because to them it's just a holiday) so I heard a lot of our scholars warn against doing that, telling us the Pagan origins of Christmas, so I know this.

How strongly I believe this and agree with you on it:
In Islam, Satan was never an angel, (hence we have no fallen angels, which is another concept that fascinates me,) he's a Jinn.

This is one reason God had told Adam & Eve not to eat fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil: they weren't ready.
Yes! They were going to get it eventually with God's mentoring, but by skipping ahead they ruined everything.

Like nearly everyone else, I only discovered the dictionary definition of the word years after I was taught its association with evil.

Christian chruch leaders seem to me like they don't understand how damaging is to add/remove something from their religion's text.
