Where will Disney go?
Disney is trapped at a multi-year-low, currently trading at 95-100$. Streaming business unprofitable, earnings weak therefore layoffs announced and no dividend since two years. Any bets if old-new CEO Bob Iger can fix this?

As we continue with our recession, and the likelihood things are only going to get worse I foresee their physical locations doing very poorly. They also have some issues with their streaming services as the competition has gotten vast and incredibly competitive.

Yeah, the parks are still not back to 100% too. Streaming won’t be profitable before 2024, probably later. 🤷🏼♂️
Question is if one believes in the management and a comeback. If so, this is buying zone currently.
I've been buying under $100 for the last 3 years, I think anything under $100 is a bargain for disney.

Not bad! I‘am doing DCA for my kids.
Cost cutting measures is everywhere in all companies worldwide. 🤔

Yeah. Efficiency is key these days.
Yup. We should work better and make every time productive.

Disney will go straight to hell hopefully.

You like them that much? 😜
Disney+ has become very famous, but surprisingly, this is not reflected in the prices? 🤔😀

Disney+ is not profitable and generating losses since the beginning. Won’t break even before next year, regarding managements opinion. I think not before 2025.
I had never heard of it. They advertised here so much that maybe they spent too much money on advertising and thought to earn the money they spent, but they didn't.

Yes. Marketing is a lot of cost. And producing fresh content.
Do you think there will be another company as successful as Netflix among such companies?

There is a lot of competition meanwhile. Disney, Apple etc. 🤷🏼♂️
Personal opinion $95 for a company like disney is already too much. If I were an investor,I would start selling and investing in other new companies, with great growth potential.

I also have my doubts and current prize is still not a buy for me.

You love them, do you? 😅
Nah, I hate what Disney has morphed into.
You mean this whole streaming thing? Away from cinema?
Their content producers have become alphabet community groomers of children. Don't you read about how they inject sexual content into their programming now?
Disney interjected their opinions/ money into politics which directly conflicted with parents and morals- if you piss off half your client base and act like you don’t care about that at all- you lose half your client base.

The way we're seeing the bottom line is that people's trust are completely gone, so it's much harder to save.
In this case Disney managed to piss off LGBTQIA+++ community, republicans and third parties probably some Democrats.
