Disney+ is not profitable and generating losses since the beginning. Won’t break even before next year, regarding managements opinion. I think not before 2025.
I had never heard of it. They advertised here so much that maybe they spent too much money on advertising and thought to earn the money they spent, but they didn't.

Yes. Marketing is a lot of cost. And producing fresh content.

There is a lot of competition meanwhile. Disney, Apple etc. 🤷🏼♂️
