Does your "new home" have a bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom? The picture looks much like taken from a big office to me.
No bedroom yet but a bedroom is currently being built.
Yeah, there is a big living room, and we decorated it with 40 desktop computers 😅
Dining, ahh, dining rooms are over rated.. there will be a social / dining area in the front though.

You forgot to tell if there is a kitchen. I recommend avoiding to order (take-out or delivery) and eat food from restaurants most of the time.
You also forgot to tell if your living room has a treadmill, piano, and PlayStation console.

I have never heard of kitchin used in place of kitchen, but that does not mean it is not possible. Since both words have the same number of letters it does not seem to me a shortened form or abbreviation.
