You forgot to tell if there is a kitchen. I recommend avoiding to order (take-out or delivery) and eat food from restaurants most of the time.

You also forgot to tell if your living room has a treadmill, piano, and PlayStation console.

• I did not ask about the freezer (or simply refrigerator), but it's good you mentioned it.
• You are not the only one who can (or will) use the treadmill, piano, and gaming console if they are present.

I have never heard of kitchin used in place of kitchen, but that does not mean it is not possible. Since both words have the same number of letters it does not seem to me a shortened form or abbreviation.

No, it had something to do with me not being clear, due to me maxing out the 280 character limit.

Less words can be direct and clear, but sometimes it's hard to say everything with 280 characters 👍
