These proceedings are ongoing.As I understand it @blocktrades and others filed legal proceedings in the US to get the Steem back.

Ah okay, but do you remember reading court documents where #JustinSun referred to #Steem as equivalent to frequent flyer miles offered by airlines?

I read a screenshot of court documents that said that, but I don't remember where.
