Sort:

Bittrex is an American registered company and you can bet they will be suing everyone into submission, I would be surprised if we ever hear any of this again, it could even end up in the FISA court as a sealed indictment.

I'm not entirely sure how FISA comes into this, but sure.

Do you have any specific sources or links? I'm actually curious vs wanting to entertain myself on conspiracy theories and deep state bullshit.

Very simple to explain.

When national security is an issue in the proceedings, the FISA court will seal all indictments to protect national security. I am not sure if the NSA has to be on file in the case but if the NSA shows up you can sure bet that's getting sealed.

I think they might be in the middle of a lawsuit between #JustinSun and people he stole from like @theycallmedan.

And I read one of the legal documents and #JustinSun claimed that buying #Steem on the market is like earning frequent flyer miles, they could he cancelled 🤔

Can you link or forward these? This could become precedent in how cryptoassets are handled in the future.

Let me ask @brianoflondon, I cannot remember who posted it..

Was it you @brianoflondon or @jpbliberty who Tweeted screenshots of the court documents?

As I understand it @blocktrades and others filed legal proceedings in the US to get the Steem back.
These proceedings are ongoing.

Ah okay, but do you remember reading court documents where #JustinSun referred to #Steem as equivalent to frequent flyer miles offered by airlines?

I read a screenshot of court documents that said that, but I don't remember where.
