The origin of Mindfulness Meditation is Buddhist meditation, but they are different.

I have been practicing:

  • Breathing Mindfulness Meditation.

For almost two weeks, two to three times a day, 35 minutes each, and I'll add #Loving-Kindness meditation after the 4th week.
