Thanks! I've been wanting to do so for some time now as I had researched it, but I feel like I should try prolonged fasting (on average after two days the body goes into autophagy) first, so I have a personal experience to share :)

I'm thinking of starting intermittent fasting as soon as possible. But nowadays my situation is not very suitable for that.

Try to do it gradually, so it doesn't become overwhelming. Let your body get accustomed to it. Skip a meal or/and eat your last dish 2 - 3 hours prior going to bed :) For me the first few days were the most difficult, so maybe it's a good idea to start over the weekend or take several days off :) Good luck!
