To help prevent the "next time" from happening, avoid sleeping on the supine position. π€ Sleep on your sides or on your back to prevent that. π

I usually sleep on my back, or should I say I always start sleeping on my back and apparently change positions countless times during the night so I might have ended in a supine position during those timesπ

At least, not sleeping in the supine position would reduce your chances of having the "next time". π
