I'm okay with non precious metals coinage. I do have a variety of coins from all over the world that are not silver nor gold. Some interesting, and some rather ordinary.
Is it difficult to find a place that sells silver coinage near your residence?
I found this beautiful note at my local hobby & collectables show.
I don't think we have that kind of seller, mostly they are in the form of jewelry, and at times they can be expensive, not for the silver content, but for the artistic value. haha
Wow that is so awesome that you still have that bank note, and it still looks so beautiful. I think I will check on the older bank note that I have at home. ;)
