So I planned to go to the gym early yesterday but when I checked my calendar I was reminded I had to go to the clinic early in the morning 🤦♀️ Good thing I checked my calendar. I finished quickly my clinic visit as there wasn’t anything to be worried about.
I did a few errands before heading home. It was very hot outside that just about a 10min walk from the station to my house made me so tired. I arrived home at around 2pm, that’s when the heat was about to peak 😖. I was so tired I feel asleep. When I woke up it was already around 5:30pm 😖. I only ate a small sandwich earlier in the day so I was so hungry. I just heated up some frozen rice and opened a can of tuna before and then went to the gym. Well surprisingly, I still had enough energy to lift things lol.
But anyway I’ve been using a new app to track my workouts. It will be more easier to just share here a screenshot of what I did than typing it one by one.
