What a relief when you finish exercising and drink 1 liter of water!
Not as usual, this time I did full body exercise considering that my training intensity was low. I only did 3-4 games and a few reps because I was thirsty while fasting. But, I came back because of menstruation and exercising even harder.
It doesn't matter how long it takes me to get my body goals, as long as everything is paid for!

The full body workout is always there when we need it, in those moments when it is not so easy to organize ourselves or it is more difficult to follow a particular routine. You are absolutely right, the important thing is to be constant, much success in your workouts. Water is life hahaha I couldn't train without drinking every moment.
I always do a full body in every schedule before I rest. I have 1 day to rest at home and don't do anything for 24 hours, except for sleeping and eating :D
Yes been healthy is one thing , but having the energy to get the desired body is another thing to look our for and be eager to get it by working hard . Cheers to your exercise
Making going to exercise every day the way we have to eat every day. Making it a habit is the right way, not to force yourself :D
