The full body workout is always there when we need it, in those moments when it is not so easy to organize ourselves or it is more difficult to follow a particular routine. You are absolutely right, the important thing is to be constant, much success in your workouts. Water is life hahaha I couldn't train without drinking every moment.

I always do a full body in every schedule before I rest. I have 1 day to rest at home and don't do anything for 24 hours, except for sleeping and eating :D
