She has been off high blood pressure medicine for several years! Like you said certain foods and any kind of exercise will help, with us it's our hiking. Be careful if you are on high blood pressure medicine, Mrs. found out that you have to gradually remove yourself from high blood pressure medicine ......

That is awesome she is able to come off the meds for it. I am not medication for it and hopefully will not need to, it is why i am trying to get ahead of it now.๐
