Always nice to see an actifit report that isn't just a copy paste dump. Workout-Sleep-Food are really the key cornerstones of health. Walking is great but it tends to take up a lot of time if you want to get above the 10k mark. Keep up the good streak!

Being in good physical condition sure requires a fair amount of hardwork.

I'm trying to develop that habit because I know the benefit that comes with it. Hehe
