i'm not a doctor, but if this act contimues long time after workout check with a physician, if it calms after workout gradually it is fine and normal don't worry, in all cases it is the adrenaline mane factor of hyperness,

Usually after the workout i do a shower and lay on my bed and then that energy goes away. Thanks for the advice though.
