Hello everyone!!!!!!
The last week i'm everyday out, and i thought for a moment to stay at home after work but the plans changed.
I was kind of tired and sleepy, i just wanted to lay on my bed to watch The Flash but i'm pretty sure that i wasn't able to watch the last 10 minutes because i fell asleep for more than 1 hour.
It was what i really needed, but my mom woke me up at 07:00pm because i told her the day before if she would like to go for shopping at the supermarket and until today she was still remember it.
After that sleep though it was like my batteries charged and i was fine of going out .
The worst part now that my body is used to of going out for walking is that when the time goes around 06:00pm i can't stay inside, and when i return back home i feel so energetic and i talk too much and very quickly but i can't hold myself.

When i first begin the workout my mood wasn't the same, that's why is weird to me.
i'm not a doctor, but if this act contimues long time after workout check with a physician, if it calms after workout gradually it is fine and normal don't worry, in all cases it is the adrenaline mane factor of hyperness,

Usually after the workout i do a shower and lay on my bed and then that energy goes away. Thanks for the advice though.
