Food Day & Actifit November 2 2024

I haven't posted anything to eat for almost three weeks, so today’s the day to share one of my favorites: simple potato chips cooked on a grill or, even better, on a hot metal plate. Adding some bacon or smoked fat pork belly really enhances the flavor and helps with "greasing" the down chute. :)) Raw red onions are always a great addition, and what's missing here is some yogurt...some people would add cheese on the side as well. YumYum!

Hmmmm.....I think I'd top them with the cheese and melt it just a bit. Put the onions under the cheese. Mm...mm...good!
