It looks like your number of users have been going down since 2023.
With some 300+ users, why do you need 20 servers? It seems like much can be done on 1-2 ordinary LAMPS. Maybe double that if you need a testing platform. Did you just develop your network topology for growth that never materialized and just keep passing the costs of energy, maintenance, and perhaps even server rentals into the dhf?
What is the basis for $700/month for graphics and social media? Seems like $700 worth of waste. Are you planning to use the dhf to buy twitter gold membership and other unnecessary premium listing for your 300+ users who already know where you are on hive?

The githubs doesn't even look like a quantity of work for even one full time developer, let alone 3.
