My Gym Comeback Actifit Report Card: November 25 2024

Lazy days are over

It's been like two weeks since I had a decent work out. Today, I came back to the gym after the hurricane and black we had about two or three weeks ago.
I took this time to relax my muscles. Somehow when I go to the gym regularly I feel my body ache most of the time. But this two weeks I took off the gym, recovered my muscles. I've read that muscles grow when there rest. I wanna think they did during these days (I don't see much difference though lol 😂). Still, I feel I recover my strength.
Today, I trained my chest and Triceps. I felt more energized while working out. I even was able to lift more weight.


Also, biked a little around town.

Proud and happy with my gym workout in these three months I took some pictures of myself modeling in black and white.

After I finished the gym, went to the stadium to stretch a little and to practice handstand.

It was nice coming back to the gym and being active. Taking the pictures and seeing the result.

Advice for those who seem they can't stop moving or going to the gym:

Hola amigo, saludos aquí nuevamente, al leer lo de los dolores musculares, puede ser que tus músculos estén con falta de calentamiento para hacer los ejercicios que haces, la falta de calentamiento hace que duelan, haz estiramientos en el calentamiento, flexiones, movimientos circular en las articulaciones y así disminuye el dolor muscular.
Hello friend, greetings here again, when reading about muscle aches, it may be that your muscles are with lack of warming up to do the exercises you do, the lack of warming up makes them hurt, do stretches in the warm-up, push-ups, circular movements in the joints and thus muscle pain decreases.

Hola Sucylin hacia rato no sabía de ti. Como has estado? Los dolores musculares no son a la hora de hacer ejercicios sino al otro día, lo cual creo que es lo normal. Aunque tienes mucha razón, siempre es bueno precalentar... Saludos amiguita ❤️
