Most of my friends ask why I choose the gym as my favorite exercise choice. Even though previously I preferred football and swimming as sports that I always did.
Maybe the background is the work that I do routinely every day. I shared my daily routine on the previous blog, where I collect paper waste to be recycled, with the aim of helping to take part in creating a cleaner earth.
This is my job. In practice, every day I always work with tons of paper waste which must be transported and processed, classified and packaged before being sent to the factory for recycling.
Before I start choose the gym as my exercise, almost every day I feel back pain. Maybe it was due to the wrong technique in lifting the heavy sacks of rubbish, which caused muscle or other injuries.
When I started the gym, there I was taught what the correct technique should be for lifting weights, but it turned out I had been wrong all this time.
There I started learning and starting to apply it in my work, and as a result, I slowly started to no longer experience back pain.
Since then I began to realize that weight lifting/gym training was the right choice for me to stay healthy and help me carry out my daily work routine.
