Hello everyone, today I want to share my daily activities. Today I accompanied my father to get a haircut, yes that's our photo. My father is 75 years old, and I am grateful that I can still spend time with my father now.
My father taught me many things in life, he taught me honesty, working hard, being humble, respecting each other, loving family and each other. He taught many good things. However, of the many things he taught, maybe there was one thing he missed. Because he was busy at work, my father almost never exercised. he just focuses on his work.
When he was 50 years old, he experienced a mild stroke, but I am grateful that he can get through it and recover, but he still has to take medication to treat the disease.
The message the doctor always conveys every time we see a doctor is, "Sir, don't forget to exercise." It's something that is actually simple, but it has been very difficult for my father to do because of the illness he suffers from and not having developed the habit of exercising for a long time.
My father had the desire to exercise, but his body condition no longer allowed it. As he got older, he experienced increasing difficulty and limitations in walking. Maybe it's due to muscle loss or something else.
From my father's experience, I began to learn to start living a healthy life from a young age and make it my lifestyle. This lesson that my father "missed" became a very valuable lesson for me. Lessons that changed my mindset to become a healthy person by making a healthy lifestyle, exercise and proper eating patterns important and become my life habits.
