Hello fellow readers, how are you? I hope you are fine of course..
Today I want to share a little of my story, the city where I live has experienced quite serious forest fires this week. Hundreds of hectares of forest were burned, this was due to a very hot dry season, to be honest, I have never experienced a dry season as hot as this time in my life.
The forest fires that occur certainly have a big impact on air quality, the sky looks dark because it is covered by smoke, fog and dust from forest fires. This causes many of my friends and their children to get sick. The most common ones experienced are shortness of breath and respiratory tract pain.
The government has made every effort to overcome this forest fire incident. However, the maximum efforts that have been made have not yet shown results. Every day I see helicopters flying here and there carrying water bombs, there are also helicopters flying around trying to create artificial rain. All for the sake of ending this forest fire disaster.
This also has an impact on those of us who usually exercise, the poor air quality means we cannot train optimally. That's why these few days I feel like the quality and time of my workouts have decreased quite significantly. But because the commitment has been made, I still try to exercise as much as I can.
I hope all my friends who may be experiencing bad weather and air conditions like what I experienced can stay healthy always... let's take care of our health and also take care of the environment around us. God Bless You
