Leg day
Today is Friday, time for leg muscle training again. Woohooo.. This week my friends and I have been off training quite a lot. Because the work is quite busy and maybe also due to fatigue, my enthusiasm for the gym has decreased a little.
However, if you don't force it, I'm sure boredom will appear and the enthusiasm and motivation to continue practicing will disappear. Even though we were tired, my friends and I continued to practice. Barbell after barbell was added, sweat flowed drop by drop, but it didn't make our enthusiasm subside.
It took about 75 minutes for us to lift weights. The satisfaction of defeating laziness came when we finished the last set. Yes, it is not other people who can stop us when we are committed, but ourselves and our own laziness.
