Yesterday I found an old photo of me, about 3 years ago. When I saw the photo, I was quite surprised and felt funny looking at it. I didn't realize that my stomach used to be so bloated, friends.
I am grateful that several years ago I found the motivation to exercise and start a healthy lifestyle. Makes me feel like I'm on the right path. Working out, maintaining my diet and exercising regularly made my bloated stomach start to disappear.
Even though all this time, when I looked at my body shape in the mirror, I always felt that my body had not changed at all. But when I looked at my old photos, I realized that there had been changes and it looked much better than 3 years ago.
For other friends, let's be enthusiastic about exercising and see your changes..
