The best way is to simply buy a holster monitor, an apple watch or any watch that monitors the heart rate. Basically a heart rate of 135 to 150 BPM should be the max when running a little distance. This monitor will help you to keep tabs

Okay great! I think a watch would do. I'm adding it to my cart. Thanks for this awareness. I will add it to my routine and it's going to be a great measure of my improved endurance.
I'm so excited to give it a shot next week probably as a baseline! Its gonna be exciting to see the timeline and progress in regaining my fitness zone.☺️
