I played lots of disc golf today with my son and several friends. We played a couple of rounds of eighteen holes in the morning. It went pretty well but I managed to lose another disc on hole eight again. This time I threw one that I was not that concerned with.
It is a really fun and challenging hole but when it is windy my confidence in getting it thrown right is pretty bad. I think I've got a few more spare discs to use on windy days on this hole.
Maybe tomorrow I will go wadding in the river again. The water temperature is nice right now. I might not get my own discs back but I might find some other ones.
This morning I saw one of those rare white snails:
I'm not sure what makes the shells this color.
Usually the snails have a color like this:
They do come in a few different color varieties.
It sure was a nice day today. Perfect weather for grilling and disc golf.

The unique thing about snails is that they carry their homes wherever they go. They walk slowly but have very definite goals. You take this snail photo very well. Success always for you @lightsplasher

This cute snail is a characteristic of Tanjung Pinang food, very good...
They are pretty tasty with some garlic and butter. I've not eaten them much though.

The snails do like to eat a lot of the garden plants. I'm glad I don't have to make a living from the things I grow.
