I played about ten holes of disc golf today for the first time in several weeks. My arm was sore at first but felt better after a few throws. I am not sure if taking so much time off really helped things much.
Maybe it is better to keep doing things with my shoulder at this point. If I take it too easy, it doesn't seem to be helpful.
I will see how it feels in the morning and go from there. My brother wanted to play tomorrow, but it might be rainy as well.

Playing sports can be a good way to stay active and keep your eyes moving. However, if it still hurts, my feeling is that it's best to rest or change your activity to prevent the pain from worsening.
@lightsplasher
It is a bit of a difficult decision. My arm has been an issue for several decades. Staying active is a big plus for me so long as I don't overdo it. I think at this point, some gentle throwing should be fine.
the duckling looks very beautiful, I really like to see it
Sometimes it's hard to judge what is good for it and what might hurt it. I say go with how it feels both when you aren't playing and when you are. I know how you feel, but from a different ailment. I kind of feel I need to keep doing and maybe accept the pain, but also pace myself so that I don't injure anything worse.
Lovely geese, but I'm sure they were protective of their babies! There is nothing worse than an antagonized goose! They can be downright mean!
Excellent job with your 10015 @actifit steps for the day. Take care!
It has been feeling fine but I should try to not do any full power rips for a bit. I can sleep on my tender side now so I feel like it is on the mend.
Good to hear! Take care!
Welcome back to the sport
It does feel good to be playing again but my distance drives and putting are struggling from my shoulder. Lifting my arm is an issue but it always is, maybe going to a spin putt would be best.
Straddle putt?? Maybe. It doesn't lift the arm to far
Those creatures are lovely, especially the babies🤗
Babies are always cute as far as I have seen.
You are absolutely right 👍
It seems you are getting better with your arm and now since you are fine to play then it's good to continue. Like the photo you shared. Thanks for sharing it and have a great weekend..
Have a great next few days or weekend!
Great to see you brother playing after long time, hope you enjoy😊 wonderful day, amazing picture brother, be happy.
It is feeling wonderful to be playing again. I need to be careful not to overdo it through.
They are really nice ducking. They are agric breed right?
These are Geese.
I'm glad to hear you are back on the court and starting to play golf again for sure at first you will feel some pain but slowly it will feel better I'm sure of it
geese look so healthy living there, do geese there also chase people who approach them? in my area white swans are very afraid
Geese can be very aggressive and chase people. It pays to stay clear of them.
yes it's the same as the geese in my area
I really like goose ducks .. happy doing activities friends.
They are cute aren't they.
Yes . they look so cute...the grounds where they play are also very nice.

I'm glad to hear you played today but you'll have to keep an eye on yourself and see how you feel and prepare later.
At the same time, today's photographs are very good. Thank you very much for presenting the photographs to us
I tend to play too much so I do need to be careful about how hard I throw.
