Over the past four weeks, each Saturday wants to prove better than the previous. A stable high pressure system over Central Europe keeps cold air in and humidity out. The effect - low temperatures in the morning but sunny days raise them above zero. Perfect weather for hiking.
My group today were 5 ladies between 44 and 68 years old. My route was easy to moderate - 15km and 800m of total elevation gain. With clear blue skies, almost no wind and warm air in sunny places, the hike turned to a pleasant stroll - a continuous endorphins intake.
