4000step?! What!!!

I'm aiming to walk 5,000 steps every day, but I find it a bit challenging to do that all at once. I picked up a second-hand electric bicycle from my nephew, and it’s been amazing for expanding my activities! However, I’m also focusing on strengthening my lower body at the gym because I want to keep my leg muscles strong. This month, I'm taking a little break from hiking, but I'm excited to get back to it next month! I really need to get my knee pain under control before then. In the meantime, I'm on the lookout for some lovely hiking trails in the low mountains at the library. Plus, it’s always nice to spend some time reading there every now and then! 🎵

5000歩を毎日歩くようにしてるのですが、それでもなかなか5000歩を継続して歩くのは難しいです。電動自転車を甥っ子から中古で購入し、それ以降はかなり行動範囲が広がったのですが、その代わりに足の筋力低下をおこしそうでジムで下半身の筋力強化をがんばっています。今月はハイキングサークルはお休みにしていますが、来月はあるのでそれまでに膝の痛みを治さないと。今は図書館で低い山で行けるハイキングコースを探しています🎵 たまに図書館で読書するのもいいですね。
