Ahoj všem, dnes jsem si dal tvrdý tréning v mém oblíbeném fitness v Brně, po dlouhé době mohu říct že jsem trénoval, na dřep byly váhy kolem 100 kil, ve finále mě nic nebolelo a jsem příjemně unaven.
Potil jsem se neskutečně, dnes jsem neměl sílu už si brát na vycházku s Pejskem zátěž, takže dnes bez vesty.

Hello everyone, today I had a hard workout in my favorite fitness center in Brno, after a long time I can say that I trained, the weights were around 100 kilos for the squat, in the finals I didn't have any pain and I'm pleasantly tired. I was sweating profusely, today I didn't have the strength to take a load for a walk with the Dog, so today without a vest.
