23361 steps, 16 pizzas, and a turbo day!
Yesterday, my step counter was incredibly generous – 23361 steps on the clock! As usual, I handled my commute to and from work, but that was just the beginning. At work, it was a full-on sprint – fewer staff on duty, so I was running between classrooms to support my colleagues. On top of that, my group celebrated Pizza Day, so we baked 16 pizzas! That meant countless trips to the kitchen and back.
Apart from walking, my activity plan now includes swimming and gym workouts. The goal? Two strength training sessions a week! Today, another training session with my coach, and then a month of working according to the plan. Keep your fingers crossed!

Wczoraj licznik kroków był dla mnie wyjątkowo łaskawy – 23361 kroków na liczniku! Standardowo ogarnęłam trasę do i z pracy, ale to był dopiero początek. W pracy pełen sprint – mniej osób na zmianie, więc kursowałam między salami, żeby wesprzeć koleżanki. Dodatkowo moja grupa świętowała Dzień Pizzy, więc upiekłyśmy aż 16 pizz! A to oznaczało niezliczone wędrówki do kuchni i z powrotem.
Poza spacerami, do mojej aktywności wchodzi też basen i siłownia. Cel? Dwa treningi siłowe w tygodniu! Dziś kolejny trening z trenerem, a potem miesiąc pracy według planu. Trzymajcie kciuki!
