You did your research on Creatine well. Most people associate it with bodybuilding only, some even think it´s a kind of PED while in fact, just like you mentioned, it´s a very useful thing that naturally occurs in our bodies. And the benefits of having enough Creatine are really cool. Btw that 10% strength increase that it gives you is also nice :) I started using Creatine when I kind of got stuck with my lifting routine for months and soon after that, almost all of my PRs increased.

Thats true! I had like one week break from it and there was shmaeful reduction of weight almost at any gym machine :D

BTW, convo with you and @blind-spot in KBK was one of the factors that motivated me to start working out. Thanks buddy!

Yeah, I remember that convo and I´m glad it inspired you to start working out again :) Don´t know about Adil but I, sadly, had to pause my work out routine last summer so maybe now you are the only one of us three who actually works out these days :) Keep it up!

Ok one just for you. A sad one. Yesterday, I helped my friend (who has a car rental company) move a bunch of tyres (around a hundred of them) from one place to another and to my embarrassing surprise, I feel super sore and wrecked today. My fitness form is literally non existent right now :D :(
