Today is rest day from weight lifting and intense cardio though I still have to move around and stretch out those sore muscles.
I had to make my hot coffee extra strong today because I was feeling really tired. 😴
I walked around the community this morning and during dusk.

Good thing you gave yourself that rest day. you do really need it regularly. At least twice a week. :)
I also didn't do anything strenuous today.. I've been playing disc golf daily for a month and doing little exercises to get the muscles needed for that sport up to par.. Pun intended.. Still averaging around 15-1600 calories a day and after 7 weeks of being a bit more wise on my food choices I'm down from 214lbs to 200 and feeling much better.. Cheers keep keeping on Gil

Not strict about but most days I go at least 14 hours before breaking fast..

That was a coffee, i think its a pudding cake, i love pudding so much, you can try pudding with less sugar or with out suger!

Haha, yes it's a coffee!
I'll try to make one with less sugar. Have to find a good substitute for the texture. As for now, am not able to access my recipe blog page, it's very frustrating 😤

That coffee seems like a good option to get you back on your feet. Do you have a day off?
I might walk a little today, when my husband takes us to the park. He usually practices baseball with my son and I take advantage of doing some cardio.
