I also didn't do anything strenuous today.. I've been playing disc golf daily for a month and doing little exercises to get the muscles needed for that sport up to par.. Pun intended.. Still averaging around 15-1600 calories a day and after 7 weeks of being a bit more wise on my food choices I'm down from 214lbs to 200 and feeling much better.. Cheers keep keeping on Gil

Not strict about but most days I go at least 14 hours before breaking fast..
