This morning a friend an I went for an early morning mountain bike ride. We did a total of 60km at an average speed of 22km/h, which is a goid speed for me.
I am busy to increase my distance, as I would like to take part in some longer events next year.
It was a very enjoyable ride, and I am feeling good about my progress. I am still learning a lot about the riding, but my riding is improving over time.

Thank you, I must say most was on gravel, with very little single track and the top speed was on a steep tar downhill road.
