몇달만에 5000걸음을 넘겼다.
정말 오랜만이다.

그러고 보니 오늘 좀 많이 걷기는 걸었구나.
어쩐지 집에 오니 다리가 뻐근하더라니...

의도 한바는 아니었지만, 이런 저런 사정으로 여기 저기 알아보러 다녔더니 어느세 5000 걸음이 넘었다.

그건 그렇고 정말 운동 부족하긴 한가 보다.
겨우 5000 걸음을 걸엇을 뿐인데, 다리 근육이 비명을 지른다.

빨리 코로나 사태가 진정되어야 운동을 다시 시작하던지 힐텐데 큰일이다.
