I took the day off today to prepare myself for the extensive tripping this weekend, but ended up doing my same routine (but working from home), sports in the late afternoon and evening and only got to bed after midnight (waking up at 5 a.m. tomorrow morning, not ideal)
I took it easy running about 8km slow pace but found myself in shape swimming, so I have extra gas the last 250m, swimming what I believe had to be my personal best over this distance: 5'42"...
