Yay! 3speak is finally back for upload :-) Here is a #midimonday post to celebrate.

An engineer has been working diligently in his lab perfecting a tiny nanobot. He hopes to program it to do tiny surgeries inside the body. Eventually he finds success, but a power surge scrambled the nanobot’s source code. At first it seemed to act normal but while the engineer was away from his lab it began to construct tinier nanobots out of any material it could find at it injects them with scrambled source code. Soon the tinier nanobots begin replicating. By the time the engineer wakes up the next morning he is completely engulfed in nanobots.

They begin fixing all tiny elements that are wrong in his body. But their scrambled code compels them to keep replicating. Eventually they start pulling material out of dark matter to continue their replication. Within a few weeks the entirety of the solar system is 100% nanobots. They continue their expansion consuming anything in their path until the entirety of the universe is made of nanobots.

At this point they decide to update their firmware and begin to form various shapes to mimic their original creator’s form. After a few millennia they have formed themselves into a perfect replica of the prior universe. Then one of the replicant nanobots decides to become an engineer and crafts a sentient electricity lifeform that can make repairs on the nanobots… Thus, the cycle repeats in a new form.

The video was created in Vray and composed in After Effects. Music was composed in MPC and mixed in Cakewalk. This is the eleventh in a series of simple synthwave and electronic instrumentals. Eventually they will be composed into an album. That’s all for now, thanks for listening 😊
