RE: Going On Stage After A Comedian Bombed - Power Of Love - Here Or There (live)

in Music2 years ago

It had to be nerve-wracking to follow a guy who's supposed to be funny, but isn't. After he got booed off of the stage you may have been thinking this is a rough crowd I wonder how I'll make out.

From watching the video it looks like you killed it. Having the artist that followed you getting into your performance had to make you feel great. You can see and hear your attitude pick up as they got into your music.

Wonderful performance my friend. What's next?

Thanks! It was hard to keep them focused for 45 minutes, but the first few songs were good! Then I really wanted to shorten the songs a bit, as there was another act after me, and people were waiting to see him perform!

I truly appreciate it! Well, I don't know we'll see, I am looking for gigs in other towns now, we're waiting for some answers. In the meantime a lot of gardening! Lot's of homeschooling! Lot's of driving!

I am sure you're busy with the end of winter that seems to be lingering a bit on your side?

It sounds like you are about to get very busy, homeschooling in itself is a full-time
job. I hope the other towns you're looking to perform at are a little bit closer than the 400 miles you traveled for this last gig. You may also want to make sure that your performance doesn't follow a comedian.

Still lots of snow on the ground which may put gardening back a few weeks, but we will be starting our indoor seeds as soon as they arrive.

Good luck with your garden my friend.

I've just been offered another one on Tuesday in Paris and it's not worth it.

Yeah you're right, something closer haha.

Good luck with your garden my friend.

I am so late this season! It feel like I am going in slow motion!

Good luck with your garden too, I wish I could borrow your skills on the farm here.

As much as it has got to be fun to perform in front of a live audience, a few bucks in the pocket after the gig, I'm sure would be nice. Business decisions can be tough to make.

I wish I could borrow some of your potatoes.😁

Late start here also, still have snow on the ground.
