You have touched a high point. It is very unpleasant to see people polluting through the vehicle window. I've seen videos on social media of people chasing someone else to return their trash to their vehicle. Although in some cases this is what it causes us to do, what we need to do is to educate ourselves more. Greetings @jhymi
