The importance of energy can't be quantified and whether it is physical or mental energy, every human needs it to carry on with everything that has to do with existing in the world today.
Resetting our energy is something we do from time to time depending on how fast our energy gets drained. Our physical and mental energy works together and that's why we can't neglect one for the other. My first approach to resetting energy is identifying the things that exhaust my energy so quickly.
I have studied myself for years and I got to understand that holding grudges, fear, stress, anger, overthinking, improper rest, inadequate food or bad eating time, and many other things exhaust my energy quickly and before I try resetting, I ensure I am making the proper amendment to avoid getting drained quickly.
The truth is that not everyone has the time to do the things that help them reset their energy from time to time so it is important for me to conserve my energy as much as possible.
The human body is built in a way that demands a reset of energy after a while and I believe it is inevitable, we can't go on without taking a break to reset if we want to be productive in life.
My biggest approach to resetting my energy is to surrender myself to nature and before I realized this, I had a tough time resetting my energy. I realized this when I got admission into the tertiary institution and it has helped me reset to the peak of my energy always.
As a student, I get stressed after jumping from class to class. Noise pollution drains me a lot and that's one thing you can't do away with in an environment where you have lots of people so to relax and avoid noise, I usually go into nature to relax.
I discovered that I feel very good sitting in nature, it helps me restore my physical and mental energy. I started studying after relaxing in nature and to my greatest surprise, my level of assimilation improved a lot. Since that year, I realized the importance of me reconnecting with nature and it has become a procedure for me to reset my energy when it is low.
Nature answers it all for me because it absorbs everything that drains me, I completely do away with every negative attachment when hanging out with nature and I feel great after.
There is a different approach to resetting my physical energy, it takes me proper sleeping time, eating adequately, and exercising.
These things help me keep my physical energy in shape and all these coupled with the impact of nature on me helps me reach my full potential regarding my physical and mental demand.
Regaining or maintaining balance in life is a crucial thing for anyone who places so much importance on their well-being either mentally or physically. Aside from the things I do to regain my energy which also works for creating a balance in life, there are things I do to further help create the balance I need in life.
I do digital detoxification to regain my balance and it works a lot for me. A lot things have gone digital in the world and unfortunately, humans can't seem to handle the pressure and addiction to the digital world.
I take at least a day off in a week away from my device and to avoid the temptation of breaking it, I make a draft and schedule my post on Hive because that's one thing that can draw me to my device badly. Digital detoxification helps me to reconnect with things I didn't pay attention to while surfing the digital world.
My family is an important part of me and spending quality time with them helps me a lot in maintaining my balance. They help me stay in shape mentally and physically a lot of times and I ensure their well-being is a priority for me as well.
I am not a very good reader, I get bored after reading too long but I find balance in meditating. Brief meditation from time to time help does the magic and I believe it works for quite a lot of people as well. My meditation is not restricted to motivational books, I study the scripture and pray as well because I believe in it.
Whether it has to do with regaining balance or resetting energy, our goals are finding happiness, achieving physical and mental well-being, being productive and many others. We must make these things our priority so that we can live a productive life and a life without regrets when we take a glance back in time.

Everyone has their little way of regaining back their strength after a very long stressful day because it is a natural thing for body to be exhausted and it is left to us to know the best way of regaining back that strength into our body system
That's true, we all have our unique ways of resetting and from what I have read so far, I believe many of us have things in common as well.
We need to always create balance and as well reset our energy so we can always reach our full potentials.
What better way to restore peace to oneself than communing with peace itself. Meditation in a serene environment, surrounded by the forces of nature is the surest means to compete a task. I admire the way you talk about your family too. It's clear how important they are to you.🌷

Family is everything for me and I feel empty without them. Nature gives comfort, peace and eases my stress, I just go to it when I am completely drowned mentally.
Nature speaks to everyone. We came from her breasts so we would always feel a deep connection with her. I love that picture of you up there. You look so relaxed!
It was very relaxing laying on that field, the effect of nature can be felt by every part of my body. It is true that we came from nature and it knows best how to handle our recovery around it.
Sleep is first way to regain or recharge our energy and yes! You're right being with nature is a great way to recharge our energy. Keep the right thing you're doing.
Thanks for your beautiful comment, I really appreciate.
The first way for me to regain energy and feel refreshed is sleep, when I am very stressed or a bit stressed, I jst sleep, and also too many pple stresses me out, I don't like being in the midst of many people, it stresses the hell out of me, I'd rather be in the midst of few or just me, and also nature helps me to relieve stress, like staying under the tree, receiving Cool breeze alone of course, to me that feeling is GOATED.
No doubt, sleeping helps us a lot to recover our lost strength. I have a terrible sleeping habit but once I get to sleep and wake up, I feel re-energized and ready to kick anything that comes my way.
Hanging out in nature does wonders as well and thanks for checking in on my blog.

That's correct indeed. None of those things offer anything positive. You seem to have some good things in mind to help to improve yourself, so that's commendable. Digital detox is one area that I'm always behind on, that I'll have to improve:)
Thanks for your #KISS
I enjoyed it 😉

You've stated out really good ways of regaining ones energy in the world today.
I usually get so drained after school but I've never thought of hanging out with nature. That seems like a splendid thing to do and I should try it someday.
If it worked for me and many others, it can definitely work for you too. The good thing about the school environment is that we usually have nature around so it makes it easy for us to access the beauty of nature
That's true, just find a spot and relax and recuperate
I think it will take more than surrendering to nature to reset my energy, frustration seems to be everywhere these days.
You are right about frustration everywhere but we must try as much as possible not to allow them get to us.
