Wow when you use "the aftermath of living" I can't help but see it as reality, life is quite complex and full of difficulties that seem to level up....

Meditating is a way of quietly acknowledging, reflecting slowly and in detail, certainly something that will help us grow as people and disorient us from many negative things.
